You will need to apply at the job center. Then you will drive down to postal 609, you will change your clothes and grab a work van from the garage. Then you will need to flex your delete muscle then you will need to flex your H muscle to be able to get a job. You will then need to drive to the GPS destination that has been marked, when you arrive you will need to talk to the NPC that is needing work done. You will need to grab the appropriate tools from the back of the work van do the work talk to the NPC for your pay and do the process again until ready to return to postal 609 to return work van and clock out.
